Nominate an Acting Member of the Committee
If you are a current committee member and are unable to attend a meeting, you may nominate an owner to act in your place as an Acting Member.
Important:
An Acting Member must be an owner of a lot in the scheme.
The Acting Member does not automatically take your place.
The committee must agree to the appointment.
The appointment applies only for the relevant meeting (or meetings, if agreed).
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
